First Saturday Devotions
St. Joseph Dyer holds First Saturday Devotions on the First Saturday of each month.
Mass is celebrated at 8 am and we pray the Rosary and Fatima Prayers immediately following Mass.
The First Saturday of each month is dedicated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
There are special graces promised to those who are faithful to this devotion.
First Saturday Devotion consists in going to Confession, receiving Communion, reciting five decades of the Rosary and meditating for a quarter of an hour on the mysteries of the Rosary on the first Saturday of five consecutive months.
